Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a General Manager to lead dine-in and traditional theaters, bowling, VR, food and beverage, and gaming operations. You will train teams, coordinate events, and drive revenue to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or management, 5+ years of high-volume operations, 3+ years in F&B management, and ServSafe certification; holidays, nights, and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or management preferred.
• 5+ years in dining theater, entertainment center, or restaurant operations management in high-volume settings.
• 3+ years of F&B management in a high-volume role, preferably with full-service bar and kitchen.
• Proven track record of operational excellence.
• State alcohol-server certification and Manager ServSafe certification required.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop team members in their specific job functions.
• Interviews, hires and evaluates team members.
• Prepares administrative and senior-management reports.
• Oversees cash handling procedures and policies to prevent discrepancies.
• Inspects building and equipment; initiates repairs per policy.
• Organizes and conducts team meetings and training sessions.
• Manages costs, purchasing, inventory, and daily operations.
• Monitors risk management related to guest and team safety.
• Ensures guest service standards are met and staffing is appropriate.
