Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is hiring a Front-of-House Supervisor to oversee service quality, food and beverage, and venue operations. You will train staff and ensure a consistent guest experience across shifts.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, be 21+, and bring at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience. Availability for holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or older is required.
• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Create a positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in training team members, including new hires.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of the venue.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

The FOH Supervisor assists and provides excellent guest experience to our guests by overseeing the quality and consistency of our service, food and beverage,overall operation, and maintenance of the venue. They are responsible for every job function in the venue and as such must be able to personally perform and train others in every job function and support team members' training.

Job Responsibilities

• The ability to provide supervision during assigned shifts
• Provides team members, and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
• Monitors speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Supervise daily shifts to ensure standards, product quality, and cleanliness is maintained
• Assist in the training of team members, including new hires as well as existing team members
• Assists with cleanliness and organization of the venue
• Ensures proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
