Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Guest Experience Lead who will be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests and ensuring they feel welcomed from entry to exit. You’ll support customers across lobby, dining, and kiosks, resolve concerns, and work with the team to keep the restaurant clean and inviting.

You’ll also help organize community and in-store events or promotions while growing with opportunities for leadership and career development.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and great with people.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Eager to learn and grow with us.
