Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks a Guest Experience Manager for the Omaha Marriott Downtown. The role supports hotel staff during second/third shifts to ensure service quality, handle guest issues, and manage emergencies for guest and associate safety.

We value a high school diploma with 1–2 years front desk experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, guest-centered approach to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of front desk experience; management and cash handling preferred.
• Strong ability to handle guest and employee concerns empathetically and professionally.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong guest relationships through authentic interactions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty during second/third shifts, supporting staff and maintaining service standards.
• Enforce hotel policies, handle difficult situations, and assist leadership with decisions.
• Maintain hotel safety through inspections, incident reporting, and emergency knowledge.
• Assist front desk tasks including guest check-in/out, system operation, and calls.
