Omaha Marriott Downtown At The Capitol District is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a high-energy team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, drive service excellence, and uphold brand standards in a premier downtown Omaha hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous bartending experience and knowledge of operations, staffing, and guest relations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; handle guest requests and banquet orders.
• Strong customer service skills with patience and diplomacy.
• Comfortable standing/moving throughout shifts in restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to perform prep work with dexterity.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; varied schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all front- and back-of-house roles as needed (server, cashier, expeditor).
• Supervise staff and oversee operations in the manager's absence.
• Support ongoing training to uphold service and brand standards.
• Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control payroll and equipment costs.
• Build positive guest relationships and resolve concerns effectively.
• Utilize POS and restaurant management systems for accurate transactions and reporting.
• Model professionalism while supporting hotel policies and service standards.
• Other duties as assigned
