Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Minimum six months of supervisory experience or one year of relevant housekeeping and clerical experience.
• Efficient with computer programs and basic MS Office.
• Must communicate clearly in English with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness and quality.
• Monitor housekeeping staff performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Provide organization and guidance to the team while upholding hotel standards.
• Maintain stocked housekeeping carts and linen closets.
• Assist with VIP rooms and respond to guest requests.
• Oversee staffing levels and department operations.
