Job summary

Ci Siamo is opening in Boston under the Union Square Hospitality Group, bringing the same spirit of Enlightened Hospitality as its New York flagship. As a Server, you will be the backbone of our service team, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and guiding guests through a memorable dining experience.

You will be responsible for selling and serving food and drinks, leading on the floor, and upholding high standards of cleanliness from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
• Follow steps of service with efficiency and grace, maintaining urgency.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate with colleagues, management, and kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance across the restaurant.
