Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons seeks a Concierge Lead to champion guest experience across front-of-house spaces, coordinating meetings, events, and hospitality services. You will train staff, manage workspace readiness, and support a hybrid workforce to deliver elevated, brand-aligned service.

You will act as the main contact for client-facing services, ensuring warm, efficient interactions from arrival to departure, and driving continuous improvements in service quality and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in receptionist/administrative/front-of-house roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Experience with A/V equipment setup is a plus.
