RRD is seeking a Concierge Lead in San Francisco to champion guest experiences across front‑of‑house touchpoints. You will own the client space, coordinate meetings and events, and train hospitality staff to deliver personalized service in a hybrid workplace.

You will manage workspace readiness, liaise with facilities and IT, and ensure a seamless, inclusive experience for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in receptionist/administrative/front‑of‑house roles in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional appearance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the presentation, functionality, and atmosphere of client‑facing spaces.
• Bridge guest journeys from arrival to departure with warmth and efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings, events, catering, AV, and space logistics.
• Lead and train front‑of‑house staff to elevate service standards.
• Support workspace readiness for hybrid employees and dynamic facility needs.
• Act as liaison between guests, staff, and support teams for seamless service.
