Pleasantrees in Michigan is seeking a Sales Guide to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store sales. You will be the face of the brand, upholding our culture and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fast-paced retail environments, are 21+, and can pass background and drug screenings (THC excluded). This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced guest-centric environment.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC).
• Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.

• Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy.
• Daily compliance with shop policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
• Work closely with Receptionist to ensure exceptional, seamless guest experience.
• Contributes to the safety and sanitation of the store.
