Pleasantrees is seeking a Sales Guide in Michigan who will become the face of the brand in the community and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help maximize sales while upholding the culture and values the brand stands for.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced guest-centric environment.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Highschool diploma or its equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC).
• Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.

• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
• Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy.
• Daily compliance with shop policies, including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
• Work closely with Receptionist to ensure exceptional, seamless guest experience
• Contributes to the safety and sanitation of the store.
