Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead in Michigan to act as an operational extension to the store manager, managing shift teams and the sales floor to ensure guests are promptly attended to and operational efficiency is maintained.

You will coach the team on sales metrics, oversee daily inventory, and ensure compliance with state requirements. The role requires 21+ age and passing a background check, with a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in cannabis industry
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus
• Experience in sales preferred
• Must be 21+ years of age and pass a background check

Responsabilités

• Daily tasks: The exact work you do.
• Leadership: Ensure 25+ team members are upselling, complete inventory responsibilities, and provide guest experience.
• Sales: Coach and give feedback to the team to improve performance metrics.
• Inventory: Coach team to scan out products to reduce shrinkage.
• Floor operations: Manage store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS codes and discount codes.
• Compliance: Understand Michigan compliance requirements and navigate state inspections.
