Job summary

Little Words Project LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to help lead our store and inspire guest connections. You’ll work with the Store Manager to deliver memorable shopping experiences and guide bead-your-own sessions for guests.

You’ll open and close the store, help host events, assist with inventory and visual merchandising, and support the team to keep the space welcoming. Must enjoy beading, communicate well, and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready to jump in, support the team and help wherever needed.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with the Store Manager to inspire guest interactions.
• Open and close independently.
• Host bead-your-own sessions, events, and parties.
• Assist with events planning and partnerships for in-store activities.
• Monitor inventory, assist with backstock, and support visual merchandising.
• Train and develop Sales Associates to enhance guest connections.
• Introduce new products and personalized recommendations to guests.
• Assist with transactions and respond to guest questions with positivity.
• Support bead bar activities and fulfill custom orders.
• Contribute to inventory intake and overall store KPIs.
