Ripley-Entertainment in Branson, MO is seeking a confident Supervisor to run daily operations across our FlyRide Flying Theater and related attractions, lead staff, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience every day.

We’re looking for 2+ years of supervisory experience, a strong presence, excellent communication and people skills, and a hands-on leader who stays calm under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Willingness to be hands-on and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all attraction areas
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure a high-energy, positive guest experience at all times
• Manage guest issues professionally and decisively
• Monitor staffing levels, breaks, and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
• Support ticketing, retail, and attraction flow when needed
• Communicate with ownership and leadership on performance and issues
