Fritz's Adventure in Branson, MO is seeking an Attractions Team Lead to oversee daily operations of zip lines, ropes courses, and climbing walls at our brimming adventure park. This full-time role guides adventure staff, maintains safety standards, and ensures exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor guest flow, and collaborate with management on safety initiatives, while mentoring a team to deliver wow moments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in attractions, outdoor recreation, or adventure operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of adventure guides to deliver guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, equipment inspections and course checks, staffing plans, rotations, break assignments, operating attractions and cleaning.

• Monitor throughput, guest flow, and queue management to maintain efficiency and minimize guest wait time.
• Collaborate with management on safety and guest service initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Fritz's Adventure.

Fritz's Adventure is now hiring an Attractions Team Lead for our location in Branson, MO. Fritz's is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes courses, playgrounds and more.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Supervise daily operations of zip lines, ropes courses, climbing walls, and related attractions.
• Lead and motivate a team of adventure guides to deliver excellent guest service.
• Lead day-to-day operations of attractions including opening and closing procedures, equipment inspections and course checks, staffing plans, rotations, break assignments, operating attractions and cleaning.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and adjust assignments to meet operational needs.
• Monitor throughput, guest flow, and queue management to maintain efficiency and minimize guest wait time.
• Collaborate effectively and proactively with management team on all operational, safety and guest service initiatives.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support all of Fritz's Adventure.

Safety & Compliance

• Demonstrate complete knowledge of and enforce all safety standards and operating procedures in accordance with company policies, industry regulations and manufacturer requirements.
• Oversee daily inspections, harness fittings, and guest briefings.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Support training and certification programs for staff in safety, rescue, and operational procedures.

Guest Experience

• Create wow moments with a welcoming, enthusiastic, and guest-focused atmosphere.
• Proactively observe and listen to guests and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and empathy.
• Model and coach exceptional guest interaction skills for all team members.

Team Development

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in attractions, outdoor recreation, or adventure operations preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work at heights up to 75 feet through attraction harness and safety structures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing and equipment setup.
• Standing, climbing and moving for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years or older; CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule & Environment

• Full-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays and peak season availability are required.
• Indoor and outdoor work environment with variable weather and physical activity.
