You will manage the front desk operations in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, ensuring warm, seamless experiences from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Front Office Coordinator in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails with great service.
• Provide information about facial procedures both surgical and non-surgical.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Handle payments and apply loyalty rewards.
• Prepare superbills and assist with skincare inventory.
• Support the team with general administrative duties.
