Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Brandon, FL to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and trained restaurant crew. You’ll keep a clean line, support food safety, and help drive excellent service on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities include training front-of-house staff, assisting with crew reviews, and contributing to office tasks while ensuring proper inventory and ordering of supplies. Prior success in a similar role is valued.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Must speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and filing.
• Keep office equipment operating and ensure supplies are stocked.
