Job summary

The LINE Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Coordinator to join our hospitality team in a vibrant city location. You will engage with guests to create memorable experiences, coordinate cross-departmental communications, and support VIP initiatives to elevate service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ethical conduct and a professional demeanor are required.
• Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Coordinate communications and teamwork with hotel departments.
• Facilitate guest-centric experiences across hotel outlets.
• Oversee and contribute to VIP and curbside guest programs.
• Support Front Office and Reservations to ensure seamless service.
• Support staff to uphold Line Hotel standards and procedures.
• Attend relevant meetings and follow safety procedures.
