Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Guest Experience Intern to support the championship service at TQL Stadium. This paid internship offers about 25 hours per week, mainly on match days, with potential for continuation into 2027–2028 season.

You will help train and assist with various roles, ensure safety, and deliver world-class guest experiences, while staying flexible for weekend, evening, and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or sports management.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience creating and presenting adult-learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suites.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest service for all guests and staff at TQL Stadium.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Apply training tools to create a championship-level atmosphere.
• Greet and assist guests proactively at all contact points.
• Resolve guest challenges including ticket issues and lost-found.
• Coordinate with the Guest Experience Manager to guide team members.
• Supervise event-day staff actions and enforce stadium rules.
• Assist in preparing the team for each match day and distribute food to staff.
• Monitor fan behavior and report incidents promptly.
• Note: may stand for up to 6 hours; outdoor conditions vary.
