Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Guest Experience Intern to support match days and stadium events at TQL Stadium. The role focuses on friendly, proactive customer service and training support for various guest-facing teams.

The intern will assist with check-in, help desk, uniform management, and crowd safety basics while gaining college credit where available. Expect weekend/evening hours and up to 25 hours per week during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season.

Qualifications

• Working towards or completion of bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or Sports Management or related field.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in developing and presenting adult learning training materials across multiple audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suites applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class championship service for all guests and staff at TQL Stadium
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Utilize training tools to create a championship level atmosphere
• Greet and assist guests with inquiries at all contact points
• Resolve guest challenges about the stadium (e.g., tickets, lost and found)
• Coordinate with Guest Experience Manager to guide team members
• Supervise event-day staff actions at TQL Stadium
• Enforce stadium rules and ensure safety and quality guest experience
• Assist in preparing the team for each match day
• Distribute food to event-day staff
• Coordinate match day access control supplies
• Monitor fan behavior and document incidents
• Stand for long periods; exposure to crowd, noise, and varying temperatures
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Guest Experience Manager
