Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a motivated individual to enhance the fan experience during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season. The role supports match-day activities at TQL Stadium with weekend, evening, and holiday hours. The position is based at the stadium and involved in multiple fan engagement sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating activations, managing the FCC Promo Team, and collaborating with partners to deliver engaging promotions for fans and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management and customer service.
• Ability to solve problems in a time-sensitive manner.
• Flexible schedule during season with availability weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
• Self-starter capable of owning a task and executing it successfully.
• Ability to think critically and outside the box.
• Must be able to work 2026 home matches and other events as required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by FC Cincinnati schedule.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification before start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of match day activations at TQL Stadium and nearby sites.
• Coordinate Fan Zones with engaging activities (Striker Challenge, inflatables, crafts, photo stations).
• Research, innovate and create new fan activation ideas.
• Lead outreach to stay current on trends from other teams.
• Oversee scheduling, uniforms, training and management of the FCC Promo Team.
• Manage inventory and storage spaces for Fan Engagement at Washington Park and TQL Stadium.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate promotions into match day entertainment.
