Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance the fan experience at matches and events. This role supports the Match Production and Fan Engagement department, focusing on creating engaging activities at TQL Stadium and partner sites.

Based in Cincinnati, OH, the position runs through the 2027 MLS Sprint Season with potential continuation. It requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability and up to 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management and customer service.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in time-sensitive situations.
• Flexible schedule during season with weekdays, weekend and holidays.
• Self-starter capable of ownership and execution.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of match day activations at TQL Stadium and neighboring sights.
• Coordinate Fan Zones at Washington Park, the Carl and Martha Linder Plaza, Mercy Health Plaza and Corner Kick; provide engaging activities.
• Research/Innovate/Create new fan activation ideas.
• Lead outreach to stay current on trends from other teams; assess what works.
• Oversee scheduling, uniforms, training and management of the FCC Promo Team.
• Oversee inventory tracker and storage spaces at Washington Park and TQL Stadium.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate promotions into matchday entertainment.
