Highgate Hotels is seeking a dedicated House Attendant for Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA. The role covers cleanliness of guest areas and delivering items to guestrooms, supporting guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include floor care, carpet/shampoo tasks, Lost and Found handling, and assisting with emergency procedures. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to exert physical effort as required to lift/move objects.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas and furniture as needed.
• Handle luggage assistance requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Manage items for Lost and Found per hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed and assist in emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment and storage properly.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
