Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a high-volume urban hotel environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Housekeeping operations and staffing, ensuring standards are met.
• Coach supervisors and attendants to maintain cleanliness and productivity.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room readiness and maintenance.
• Monitor room status, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Support scheduling, payroll review, and inventory control for housekeeping.
