Job summary

Denny's is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage the waiting list while upholding our brand standards. You will respond to guest concerns and assist other team members to ensure total guest satisfaction, following Denny's Guiding Principles.

As a key frontline team member, you will take beverage orders, handle To-Go orders, and process cash, credit and discounts accurately.

• Must pass all required tests and training for the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly, manage wait lists and seating rotation.
• Describe promotions and take beverage orders; handle To Go orders.
• Process cash, credit transactions, and discounts accurately.
• Assist other team members and clear/set tables.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to supervision as needed.
• Maintain foyer area and ensure menus are clean and stocked.
