Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a team member to support operations and deliver superior guest service by handling guest transactions, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and keeping areas clean to meet SOPs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience).

You must read and understand simple instructions, communicate in English, and perform cash handling; physical ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and complete opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver superior guest service.
• Communicate, explain and suggestively sell menu offerings, products, and promotions.
• Verify cash drawer/bank and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Process orders and accept payments.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures; label, date, and rotate products.
• Perform food preparation duties in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of area and stock supplies as needed.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards for operating and maintaining equipment.
