Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Live! Poker Room Attendant to help manage traffic in and out of poker games, register players, and announce seating as seats become available. You will assist with tournaments, promotions, and related duties, including food orders and delivery to guests.

You'll also handle safety deposit boxes, uphold guest service standards, and support a secure, engaging gaming environment consistent with the Live! brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service with a professional demeanor.
• Register players using poker software and seat them to balance games.
• Assist with tournament registration, entry fees, payouts, and table assignments.
• Expedite food orders and ensure correct delivery to guests.
• Assist guests with safety deposit boxes as requested.
• Support compliance with safety, security, and internal controls.
