Qualifications

• RAMP certification required.
• Strong reading and writing abilities used for reservations and notes.
• Ability to read seating charts and manage guest flow.
• Basic math skills used for tabulating counts and tabulating reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the venue.
• Assist with accommodating special needs or requests.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
• Answer phones and take reservations or messages.
• Maintain accurate wait lists and seating assignments.
