Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant host experience required.
• Demonstrates positive energy and team spirit.
• Effective communication with managers, staff and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk constantly with occasional bending or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using the online reservations system (OpenTable).
• Greet guests with warmth on arrival and thank them when they depart.
• Provide estimated waiting times when seating is limited; notify when tables are ready; accommodate seating requests.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room and relay messages to staff and managers.
