Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is hiring a Server to welcome guests and guide them through a memorable dining experience at our Nashville-area establishment. You will stay knowledgeable about menu offerings and assist customers with dietary needs while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

We seek team players who can work flexible shifts, communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, and handle the rhythm of a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of restaurant or relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Standing and walking for long periods with occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, report gratuities per IRS.
