Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate with the kitchen and staff. You will be the first and last impression for dining guests, ensuring smooth flow during peak times.

Responsibilities include handling reservations in OpenTable, greeting guests, communicating wait times, and accommodating special seating requests, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in host/guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using the online reservations system in OpenTable.
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank guests as they leave.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting times when seating is limited and manage seating requests.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room, relaying messages to staff and managers as needed.
