The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Host to be the first and last impression for guests at our Charleston location. You will greet guests warmly, manage seating and waiting times, and coordinate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant host experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using OpenTable.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them on departure.
• Manage seating times, notify parties when tables are available, and accommodate seating requests when possible.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen and dining room and relay messages to staff as needed.
