• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional bending.

• Take reservations using OpenTable.
• Greet guests and thank them on departure.
• Communicate waiting times and seating arrangements.
• Liaise between kitchen and dining room and relay messages.
