Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Host to be the first and last face guests encounter, setting the tone for their visit. You’ll welcome guests, help them settle, and share enthusiasm for our menu.

In this role you’ll support a clean, organized dining area, assist with seating, and coordinate with the team to ensure a memorable guest experience every shift. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Genuine love for food and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, setting the tone for their visit.
• Explain menu items and assist guests with ordering.
• Deliver attentive service and respond to guest needs during the shift.
• Maintain lobby, dining and restrooms clean and stocked.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth shift.
