• Record guest names and party size during waits.
• Seat guests balancing preferences and overall flow.
• Present menus and maintain table presentation.
• Thank guests and invite return visits.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel comfortable and take care of them.

• Seat guests based on preferences while balancing guest flow.
