Au Cheval is hiring a Server for its Nashville location in the vibrant 12 South neighborhood. The role requires a minimum of two years of recent experience as a cocktail or floor server in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge, and you must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

You should be comfortable handling money and operating a POS system. Strong English communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience as a cocktail or floor server in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge environment.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Capable of handling money and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations and training standards.
• Follows company procedures when providing bottle service.
• Anticipates guests' needs and provides exceptional hospitality.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes suggestions for all beverage and food items.
• Accurately enters all orders into the POS system.
• Ensures the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests.
• Maintains general cleanliness of assigned stations and venue.
