Au Cheval in Nashville is seeking a Back Server to join a fast-paced, guest-focused dining team. The position starts at $10.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to earn with busy service and strong hospitality.

You will support front servers, help maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth service by clearing and resetting tables. Weekend and some holiday availability is required, prior restaurant experience helps but a dynamic personality and clear communication are highly valued.

• Excellent communication, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm hospitality and go above and beyond for guests.
• Clear tables after guests leave and reset for next party.
• Maintain calm, efficient performance in a high-volume setting.
• Communicate with guests, servers, and managers to ensure great service.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Support front-of-house by assisting with service as needed.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
