Legal Sea Foods in Peabody, MA is seeking a Host/Take Out Associate to greet guests, manage seating, answer calls, and handle takeout orders. You will ensure high service standards and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include seating, OpenTable reservations, takeout packaging, and cash reconciliation. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior hosting experience is a plus; OpenTable and POS familiarity is helpful.

Qualifications

• Prior host experience preferred.
• OpenTable and POS familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner as they arrive.
• Seat guests efficiently and manage seating chart for optimal flow.
• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders.
• Package takeout orders with attention to packaging to prevent spills or damage.
• Process payments for takeout orders and reconcile cash at end of shift.
