Job summary

Legal Sea Foods is seeking a Host/Take Out Associate to warmly greet guests, seat them efficiently, and manage takeout orders with care. You will answer phones, handle reservations with OpenTable, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining front desk presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Host preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenTable and POS preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently.
• Manage seating chart and optimize dining flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor the list.
• Handle takeout orders and process payments.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries courteously.
• Ensure proper packaging for takeout orders.
• Assist with reservations using OpenTable.
• Maintain front desk presence at all times.
• Collaborate with team to deliver great guest experiences.
