Job summary

Madame Tussauds Hollywood is seeking a Street Team Brand Ambassador to bring the attraction’s energy to life on Hollywood Boulevard. You’ll engage guests, share highlights, and help convert foot traffic into memorable experiences while meeting sales goals.

In this role you’ll sell tickets, packages, and add-ons in a high-energy outdoor setting, represent the brand with professionalism, stay informed on events and pricing, and collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to drive guest

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
