Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is hiring a Guest Experience Host (Street Team) for Madame Tussauds Hollywood in Los Angeles. You will engage guests, share attraction highlights, and drive sales while delivering high-energy, memorable experiences on Hollywood Boulevard.

Base pay is $18.72 per hour with commission on redemptions; the role is outdoors in a fun, iconic venue, offering opportunities to learn and grow within our global organization.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year experience in attractions, entertainment or customer service preferred.
• Fun, dynamic and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Be the Face of the Fun!

As a Street Team Brand Ambassador, you'll bring the excitement of Madame Tussauds Hollywood to life on Hollywood Boulevard. You'll engage guests, spark curiosity, and help turn foot traffic into unforgettable experiences—all while hitting sales goals and having fun doing it!

$18.72/hour + commission on redemptions

What You'll Do

• Engage and interact with guests, sharing attraction highlights and promotions
• Sell tickets, packages, and add-ons in a high-energy environment
• Represent Madame Tussauds with confidence and professionalism
• Stay informed on events, pricing, and attraction features
• Work closely with admissions and marketing teams
