Won’t Stop Hospitality in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a friendly, energetic Host to shape the guest’s first and last impression. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

You'll work closely with the service team, maintain a balanced seating rotation during peak hours, and uphold a professional, guest-centered demeanor. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential for success

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, a smile, and a warm welcome.

• Maintain seating rotation to ensure smooth service and balanced sections.
• Communicate seating needs clearly to service and management teams.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide realistic wait times.
• Assist staff with bussing and resetting tables to maximize seating capacity.
• Observe guest dining patterns and proactively communicate needs to the team.
• End each dining experience with a warm farewell and invitation to return.
