The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage seating and reservations, and help keep the dining room running smoothly. You are the first and last voice guests meet, so a warm greeting and professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities include taking reservations via OpenTable, guiding guests to tables, communicating seating times, and acting as a liaison between kitchen and front of house.

Qualificações

• At least one year of restaurant host experience required.
• Be positive, ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.

Responsabilidades

• Take reservations using OpenTable.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
• Manage seating times, notify parties when tables are available, and accommodate seating requests.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room and relay messages to staff and managers.
