Cunningham Restaurant Group in Noblesville, IN is seeking a friendly Front of House Host to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support seating with a positive first impression.
You will coordinate with servers and kitchen, handle reservations, assist guests with menus, and help maintain a clean, efficient host stand. Evening, weekend availability is preferred; training provided.
This position offers a team-focused, guest-centered environment with opportunities for growth within CRG.
Competenze
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
- Previous host/hostess experience preferred; training provided.
Mansioni
- Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, manage waitlist and reservations, escort guests to tables.
- Reservation Management: Take and confirm reservations, maintain up-to-date reservation book, convey special requests.
- Guest Assistance: Provide menu information, promotions, and assist with coat check.
- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with servers/kitchen for smooth seating and service, relay important guest information.
- Maintain cleanliness/organization of host stand and waiting area, keep menus and materials in good condition.
