Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Concord, NC is seeking an attentive server to greet guests, explain the menu, and provide hospitality throughout service. You will back up the host team, manage orders accurately, and ensure alcohol service conforms to ABC requirements and company policy.

Responsibilities include taking and ringing in orders, delivering checks, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area. Prior guest service experience is preferred; training on liquor rules provided.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and deliver hospitality to every guest.
• Explain menu and offer assistance with items.
• Defer allergy questions to Manager on Duty.
• Handle alcohol service per ABC requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe service and assist host team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take and repeat all orders; ring in accurately.
• Provide check delivery and guest thank-you notes.
• Manage liquor consumption per policy and agreement.
• Back up host team and support opening/closing side-work.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company procedures.
