Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and guest interaction skills.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand with professionalism.
• Communicate greetings and needs clearly to guests.
• Manage dining room pace and seating rotations.
• Quote wait times and coordinate seating via host stand.
• Inform guests of specials and upcoming events.
• Coordinate with servers and managers for smooth service.
• Assist carryout and curbside operations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of host area.
