You will greet guests, take orders, and work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining a clean, organized dining room. This role requires 2+ years in food service, strong communication, basic math for transactions, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a food service role is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
