Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Host for Red Robin to greet guests, escort them to tables, and manage seating with a friendly, high-energy approach. The Host will assist with to-go orders and reservations, ensuring guests are welcomed promptly and treated to a positive first impression.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle busy periods, and teamwork to support servers and maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and escort to tables.
• Identify guest needs and make a connection.
• Maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere and manage seating flow.
• Handle to-go orders and phone reservations as needed.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables and supporting servers.
