Job summary

M1 Concourse LLC in Pontiac, MI is seeking an X Center Host to be the friendly face of the X Center experience. You will manage guest arrivals, reservations, admissions, simulator check-ins, and retail transactions while delivering an elevated hospitality experience aligned with the M1 Concourse brand.

This role supports day-to-day reception operations, cross-training within the X Center Store, and collaboration with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to cross-train within the X Center Store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with merchandise selection and product information.
• Manage guest arrivals, reservations, admissions and simulator check-ins.
• Process admissions, reservations, and retail purchases through POS systems.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail and guest-facing area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure superior guest experiences.
