Founding Farmers is hiring a Host/Coordinator to provide attentive service from customer entry through seating and dining. You will manage reservations, assist guests, and support the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant service is helpful.
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.
• Ability to create a hospitable environment for guests and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn menu and operations.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and wait lists using OpenTable.
• Answer phone with friendly service for guest inquiries.
• Greet and seat guests, providing hospitality.
• Assist guests with reservations and inquiries promptly.
• Support service staff by clearing dishes and resetting tables.
• Set up dining areas for large parties and brunch buffet.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain restrooms.
